Unfortunately, we are not able to process returns or exchanges for items purchased from a third party. We recommend handling the exchange through the original place of purchase or returning the item to the original place of purchase and placing a new order on our website.

To guarantee merchandise and process orders as quickly as possible we are not able to offer exchanges, and instead ask that you place a new order while we process a return for the item. We will include the return instructions, as well as a new free shipping code for your replacement item. Please contact customer service at 1-877-969-1952 and they will be happy to assist you.

WE’VE MADE RETURNS SIMPLE

We offer free returns to TM Rewards members in store or online within 30 days of the delivery date. Product must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. All sale items are final sale.

Visit our returns page: www.travismathew.com/return/return-exchange If you have a TM Rewards account, sign in. If not, enter your order number and email address. Once you’re signed in, you’ll find the instructions for selecting the items you want to return, printing your shipping labels, packing your items and finding a shipping outlet that’s close to you. Important: Once your return request has been successfully submitted to us, a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will appear on the screen. You’ll need that number to track your return. Jot it down below so you have it handy.

After you drop off your package, the time it takes to get to us varies based on the shipping carrier and where it was sent from. Once we receive your package, we’ll issue your refund in five to seven business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the return process is complete.

Purchases made on the TravisMathew website (TravisMathew Men's & Women's Clothing & Golf Apparel | Official Store ) may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if un-washed, un-worn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number within 30 days from the date the product is received by TravisMathew. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns. If you received a damaged or defect item purchased directly from TravisMathew Men's & Women's Clothing & Golf Apparel | Official Store , please submit several photos that clearly show the defective features of the product along with your original order number. When possible please provide an overall image of the product and close-ups of the defective features.

If you have an account, enter your email and password to lookup your order.

If you do not have an account, enter your billing email address and your return authorization number. Your RMA number can be found in your return confirmation email.

If you are banking with the same institution, you should not have a problem receiving your refund if you contact your bank directly. When the credit is generated, we will email you with a code that you can use to place a new order on the website.
