How to Confirm Your Purchase

You can confirm if you've purchased an affected item if your product's tag matches one of the tags pictured below.

If you no longer have the tags, please check your order confirmation email or order history in your account dashboard to validate it matches the style number of a product listed below.

If you do have an affected item, please do not wear it and follow the instructions below to destroy the product. We’ll provide you with a credit to travismathew.com or a refund for the value of your original purchase.

What To Do Next

1. Destroy the product by cutting it in half and take a photo.

2. Take a photo of the product tag.

3. Email us at info@travismathew.com to validate your purchase. Include your name, address, phone number, email address, affected items and order number if accessible together with the photos of the destroyed product and product tag.

4. Please include your election of store credit or refund of the original purchase price.

5. After we have validated your original purchase, you will receive a store credit to travismathew.com or a refund for the value of the original purchase price.
