E-Gift Cards can be purchased online at E-Gift Card Page | TravisMathew, and sent instantly to friends or family. Physical Gift Cards are available exclusively at TravisMathew retail stores. Find a store near you by visiting our: Stores | TravisMathew. Both options are only available in the United States and can be loaded with any amount up to $1,000.

Purchases made on the TravisMathew website (TravisMathew Men's & Women's Clothing & Golf Apparel | Official Store ) may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if un-washed, un-worn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number within 30 days from the date the product is received by TravisMathew. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns. We offer free returns to TM Rewards members in store or online within 30 days of the delivery date.

To create a return online, complete the steps below:

1. Visit our returns page: https://www.travismathew.com/return/return-exchange
2. If you have a TM Rewards account, sign in. If not, enter your order number and email address.
3. Once you’re signed in, you’ll find the instructions for selecting the items you want to return, printing your shipping labels, packing your items and finding a shipping outlet that’s close to you.

Important: Once your return request has been successfully submitted to us, a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will appear on the screen. You’ll need that number to track your return. Jot it down below so you have it handy.

Note: We are unable to process refunds online for orders place in store. If you would like to complete a return from a purchase made at a one of our retail stores, please call 1-877-969-1952 or email onlinesupport@travismathew.com. We do not process exchanges for purchases online or in-store. Gift cards are non-refundable. All product is subject to an inspection.

We promise they didn’t vanish into the void. Orders and returns from the last 30 days may take a little longer to show up while we settle into our new digital digs. Give it about a week and your history should be back where it belongs.

Although we aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days, your order may be late for the following reasons:

Your order was placed during a sale or promotion. Your order was placed during the holiday season. Items in your order are shipping from multiple locations. There were unpredictable circumstances beyond our control, including weather.

If your gift card starts with 6006 you don't need to enter a pin at checkout online. Enter your 16 digit gift card in the gift code box and click apply to redeem.
