The credit card I used to place my order is no longer valid. Can you process the refund onto my new card?

If you are banking with the same institution, you should not have a problem receiving your refund if you contact your bank directly. What is your holiday return policy?

For full priced items purchased between November 1st, 2024 and December 15th, 2024, we will be happy to offer returns and exchanges through January 15th, 2025. For items purchased after December 15th, 2024, we will revert to our standard 30 day return policy
