TravisMathew is proud to announce its newest NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) partnership with University of Southern California (USC) football tight end Walker Lyons.
A sophomore standout for the USC Trojans, Lyons hails from Folsom, California, where he earned recognition as one of the nation’s top football recruits. Known for his combination of size, skill, and athleticism, Lyons has quickly made a name for himself as one of college football’s most promising young talents.
Off the field, Lyons brings the same energy and charisma that define his game and perfectly aligns with TravisMathew’s blend of performance and personality.
“I’m excited to officially join the TravisMathew team,” says Lyons. “Their apparel and brand align naturally with my lifestyle and style, and I look forward to wearing the gear and working with the team.”
To celebrate the new partnership, Lyons recently visited TravisMathew’s headquarters in Huntington Beach, California, for an exclusive photoshoot. He was photographed in a range of TravisMathew looks, including standout pieces from the brand’s newly launched Collegiate Collection.
The NCAA-licensed collection features over 20 universities and brings together TravisMathew’s premium fabrics and innovative technologies with a timeless collegiate spirit.
This partnership continues TravisMathew’s growing involvement in collegiate athletics. Earlier this year, the brand celebrated Jake Kruel’s football commitment to the University of Oklahoma which was televised live on ESPN’s Pat McAfee Show. Earlier in the year the brand gifted members of the USC Men’s Volleyball team products from its USC collection.
“Walker is a great addition to Team TravisMathew as we continue to grow in the collegiate athletics space,” says Leif Sunderland, Chief Marketing Officer of TravisMathew. “NIL has opened up a powerful avenue to connect with the next generation of athletes and fans. Partnerships like this not only help us build authentic relationships with a younger audience but also allow us to share the brand in ways that feel relevant and meaningful to them. We’re excited to have Walker on the team and to continue showcasing the brand’s Collegiate Collection to college football and sports fans.”
